Morgen Christie is a photographer based outside of Philadelphia, PA. Her current focus is in analog photography and alternative processes. From 2021-2025 she created projection mapped work in her hometown. In 2023, she turned her bathroom into a darkroom to reintroduce the photogram, something she had studied as a student. Morgen made both analog and digital work for a few years before making the jump into alternative processes.
Morgen holds a Fine Arts degree from Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore, MD. She has been a resident artist with the School of Visual Arts in New York City, NY, and GlogauAIR in Berlin, Germany.
Her work has been shown in Hungary, The Netherlands, Romania, Vietnam, and The United Kingdom.
